  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • We ship from the U.S. using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the order size and destination.
  • Estimated delivery times range from 2–7 business days.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us to confirm availability.
  • International shipping times vary by destination but generally range from 7–21 business days.
  • Customs and Import Fees: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.

Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the shipping label is generated.

Delivery Delays

  • While we aim to ship promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to high volume, carrier issues, or weather.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing times.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at Support@MakerNova.io within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
  • We may require photo documentation for damage claims.
  • MakerNova is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office first.
