🔁 Return & Refund Policy for Electronic Goods

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included
  • Item must not be damaged, modified, or tampered with
  • You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase

We do not accept returns for items showing signs of installation, flashing, or physical damage.

📨 How to Start a Return

Email us at Support@MakerNova.io to begin your return. If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.

⚠️ Please note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom-configured or modified electronics
  • Opened or used batteries, power components, or connectors
  • Gift cards or items marked as final sale
  • Any item showing signs of installation or wear

🔄 Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you need is to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

 

🇪🇺 EU Customers: 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order ships to the EU, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your last item, no reason needed.

📦 Return window: Once you notify us, send the item back within 14 days. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

🚚 Return shipping: Customer pays return shipping.

💳 Refunds: We refund within 14 days of receiving your return, including your original standard shipping cost. Refunds go to your original payment method; banks may add processing time.

🚫 Exemptions: Custom-personalized nodes (e.g., specific firmware configuration or build requested by the customer) are excluded once that work has been completed at your request.
