🔁 Return & Refund Policy for Electronic Goods
30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
✅ Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included
- Item must not be damaged, modified, or tampered with
- You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase
We do not accept returns for items showing signs of installation, flashing, or physical damage.
📨 How to Start a Return
Email us at Support@MakerNova.io to begin your return. If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
⚠️ Please note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Custom-configured or modified electronics
- Opened or used batteries, power components, or connectors
- Gift cards or items marked as final sale
- Any item showing signs of installation or wear
🔄 Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you need is to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
🇪🇺 EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days without providing a reason.
Items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unmodified
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may require extra time to process the refund.
